Who we are

WebFresh Studio designs and builds websites for small businesses in the UK. For any privacy question or request, email hello@webfreshstudio.com.

What we collect

If you use our contact form or write to us, we collect the details you choose to send: usually your name, business name, email address, website address and your message. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your information.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver and manage your project. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent when you submit a form, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

Who we share it with

Our contact form is processed by a form service that receives your message and passes it on to us, and our website is run by a hosting provider. These providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client project records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This website doesn't set cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to keep the site secure.
